Gerber Life Insurance is offering a free Child Safety ID kit to anyone who requests one. According to their site, "You may request a Child Safety ID Kit without applying for insurance by writing to us: Gerber Life Insurance Company, 445 State Street, Fremont, MI 49412."
You can apply for their insurance to get one but there is no purchase necessary if you write to the above privided address!
