Catch Cancer Earlier with Health Insurance

Yes, having health insurance can give you a big advantage in catching cancer early. According to an article at www.Forbes.com, "Uninsured Americans or those with certain types of public health insurance are more likely to have oral or breast cancer diagnosed at an advanced stage, compared to people with private insurance whose disease is caught earlier." Unfortunately, the study also found that people with Medicaid were in the same risk group as the uninsured.
