Health Care Plans: Larouche and Clark
Wesley Clark's Health Care Plan
Wesley Clark has highlighted steps to improving the health care crisis in America. According to Clark's website, his plan is based on "the principles of value, responsibility and fairness." Clark's plan includes:- Expand health care coverage for all Americans and make it more affordable.
- If an American does not have access to health care by any means, they can choose to enroll in the same health care program that Congress uses.
- Provide health insurance for all children and adults that do not currently have it.
- Provide tax credits to working families who currently struggle to pay for health care premiums.
- Ensure workers can keep their health insurance while in-between jobs.
Now that all of the candidates' plans have been reviewed, the only health care plan left is our current president's plan, President George W. Bush. As the presidential race draws closer, keep an eye out for my review of Bush's current fixes to health care and what he will propose for the future to fix America's health care crisis.
