2004 Election and the Universal Health Care Debate
It's back! Universal health care is back in the spotlight and is coming up to be a hot topic for the 2004 election. The candidates know that America is in a health care crisis now that over 40 million people are without health insurance. But what is the answer? Dennis Kucinich says the government should take over the whole system, but Dick Gephardt feels universal health insurance can be a reality based on the current system.
