Would Life Insurance Help Your Child Cure Cancer?

Monday September 4, 2006

Scott Hamilton is spokesperson for life insurance awareness month September 2006. He has a special story to share with parents about the need for life insurance.

A Message from Scott Hamilton

As most of you know, Scott Hamilton is one of the most successful ice skaters in history but Hamilton almost had to give up his dream when his mother died at a very early age. With his mother's death, the family was financially strained and Hamilton almost had to give up his training if it were not for the help of an anonymous donor.

Do You Need Life Insurance?

Of course, most of us would not have an anonymous donor waiting to step in and take care of our children if we were to die. What if your child will have the capabilities to cure cancer someday? If you were to die and leave your family with no financial means for support or college, such as funds from a life insurance policy, your child's future may dramatically change.

Great way to put the needs of insurance into perspective. This is an excellent way to inform consumers about the importance of having insurance and how it may benefit them.
