Home Buying: You Don't Have to Pay PMI

Private Mortgage Insurance can add an extra cost to one's monthly mortgage payment. Traditionally, if you did not have at least 20% to put down on a home, you were required to pay PMI. Today one can find loans that avoid PMI or lenders that are willing to pay it for you, but what does this cost you?
