What John Kerry Has in Store for America's Health Care System

John Kerry has proposed a health care plan that according to his website, johnkerry.com, “will give every American access to the health care plan that the President and members of Congress already have.” Kerry feels the American health system is the finest anywhere, but unfortunately is not accessible to many low-income families, especially families with children.
